Credentials

Bank Verification Number (BVN)
In order for us to comply with state and federal regulations, as well as the Terms and Conditions of our partner bank(s), we must collect your bank verification number during the credit application process only.
Payment Data
We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument.

In Short: Some information - such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics - is collected automatically when you visit our Platforms.

Zoho Pagesense:
We use Zoho Pagesense in order to better understand our users' needs and to optimize this service and experience. Zoho Pagesense is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which screens, which links they choose to click, what users do and don't like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Zoho Apptics uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users' behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Zoho Apptics stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Zoho Apptics is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf. 5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 3 years.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

9. CONTROLS FOR DONOTTRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a DoNotTrack (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
